Ways to Give Some Honey


The Honeybee Conservancy depends upon the generous support of donors like you to carry out its important mission.  Here are some ways in which you can contribute.


Online Donations

Credit card or debit card donations can be made through PayPal.  Click the “Donate” button below to make a tax-deductible donation.  The Honeybee Conservancy is a project of Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs (SEE), a registered public charity, which provides non-profit status.

Donate A Percent Of Your Proceeds

Share some honey.  You can donate any part of your proceeds from your retail site directly to The Honeybee Conservancy.  We can work with you to place our “Honeybee Approved” logo on your site along with a link on our upcoming Bee Shop.

Are You A Worker Bee?

You could donate time by sponsoring a local fundraiser for The Honeybee Conservancy.  How about a Walk-a-thon, a Dance Hop, or a sale?  Pick your passion!


Gifting Products, Services or Your Time

The Honeybee Conservatory seeks in-kind donations for the purpose of raising awareness and action in keeping with its mission.  We would appreciate the following items:

• Bee products such as honey for fundraising or educational use

• Beekeepers clothing

• Bee hives and equipment

  1. Printing services for our stationery

• Legal services

  1. Volunteers with a passion for bees and conservation.  We particularly are looking for volunteers with any of the following experience: public relations, web design, fundraising, video production, community outreach, gardening and/or visual arts.


Land Donations

You may feel strongly that you wish to donate and conserve your land for the benefit of the environment and for future generations. For those who seek future protection but wish to retain ownership of their property, other techniques are possible such as leases, management agreements, or even legal restrictions on title, such as conservation easements. 


Planning A Wedding?

Appreciated Securities

Gifts such as stocks or bonds may offer you substantial tax advantages. Note that the full fair market value deduction is allowed if the security has been held more than one year (long term capital gain property); otherwise, the deduction is limited to the donor's adjusted tax basis.


Bequests
